Rajouri, April 23: In a heartfelt tribute to the victims of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, along with senior officials of the district administration, observed a two-minute silence at the DC Office Complex today.
The gathering reflected a deep sense of grief and unity, as officials stood in silence to honour the innocent lives lost in the tragic incident. DC Sharma expressed profound sorrow over the incident and extended sincere condolences to the bereaved families.
Reaffirming the administration’s commitment to peace and communal harmony, he emphasized the importance of unity in times of adversity.
Similar observances were held across the district, led by ADCs of Kalakote, Kotranka, Sunderbani, and Nowshera, as well as SDM Thanamandi, who also stood in solidarity with the victims and their families.
