Kishtwar, April 19, 2025: The second and final batch of the YUVA DOOTs training under the ambitious Mission YUVA concluded today at the Conference Hall of the DC Office Complex, Kishtwar. The two-day training program, held on April 18 and 19, witnessed the participation of 174 YUVA DOOTs, who were trained to serve as community-level ambassadors of the mission.
The initiative was led by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kishtwar, Sh. Pawan Kotwal (JKAS), who emphasized the pivotal role of YUVA DOOTs in promoting youth entrepreneurship, self-reliance, and inclusive economic growth across the district.
In his address, the ADC described the YUVA DOOTs as vital grassroots catalysts for extending the benefits of government schemes and fostering livelihood opportunities for young people in remote areas.
The training focused on equipping the participants with essential knowledge of various government schemes, eligibility norms, operational procedures, and community engagement strategies. Subject matter experts and departmental resource persons conducted interactive sessions, including a live demonstration of the YUVA App, offering hands-on digital training for registration and real-time monitoring.
The session concluded with a vibrant interaction between trainers and participants, ensuring that the newly trained YUVA DOOTs are fully prepared to take on their roles.
With the completion of this phase, Kishtwar district is now better positioned to tap into youth potential and build a strong foundation for innovation and enterprise through Mission YUVA.

किश्तवाड़, 19 अप्रैल 2025: मिशन YUVA के तहत YUVA DOOTs के दूसरे और अंतिम चरण का प्रशिक्षण आज DC कार्यालय परिसर, किश्तवाड़ के कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल में सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। 18 और 19 अप्रैल को आयोजित इस दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण में कुल 174 YUVA DOOTs ने भाग लिया।
इस कार्यक्रम का नेतृत्व अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त (ADC) किश्तवाड़ श्री पवन कोटवाल (JKAS) ने किया। उन्होंने YUVA DOOTs को युवा उद्यमिता, आत्मनिर्भरता और समावेशी आर्थिक विकास को बढ़ावा देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने वाला बताया।
ADC ने कहा कि YUVA DOOTs जमीनी स्तर पर ऐसे प्रतिनिधि हैं जो सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ युवाओं तक पहुँचाने और उन्हें स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने में सहायक बनेंगे।
प्रशिक्षण सत्र में प्रतिभागियों को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं, पात्रता मानदंडों, कार्यान्वयन प्रक्रियाओं और समुदाय आधारित कार्यशैली की जानकारी दी गई। विषय विशेषज्ञों और विभागीय संसाधन व्यक्तियों द्वारा विस्तृत सत्र आयोजित किए गए, जिसमें YUVA ऐप का लाइव डेमो भी शामिल था, जिससे प्रतिभागियों को डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर काम करने का व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त हुआ।
कार्यक्रम का समापन एक इंटरएक्टिव सेशन के साथ हुआ, जिससे प्रतिभागियों को अपने आगामी कार्यों के लिए आत्मविश्वास और स्पष्टता प्राप्त हुई।
इस प्रशिक्षण के सफल समापन के साथ, किश्तवाड़ जिला अब युवा क्षमता को बेहतर तरीके से उपयोग कर, नवाचार और उद्यमिता के क्षेत्र में एक मजबूत कदम बढ़ा रहा है।
