Reasi: Budhal Indane organised an eKYC camp at Village Channa in Mahore sub-division of Reasi district, where more than 50 consumers successfully completed their eKYC formalities during the programme.
The initiative also focused on creating awareness among consumers regarding key procedures, including OTP-based LPG refill systems, Delivery Authentication Code (DAC), and the importance of mandatory safety inspections.
Firdose Ahmed Lone, Manager Budhal Indane, provided detailed awareness to the participants about these processes and stressed the importance of compliance to ensure safe and transparent LPG service delivery.
Officials highlighted that such awareness programmes are essential for improving efficiency and strengthening consumer trust.
